Meet your mentor
I began my training as a priestess at 12 years old, spending full summers at a sacred sanctuary in Philadelphia where I learned the ancient ways of holding ceremony and connecting with Divine Feminine wisdom.
In 2003, I received my formal initiation as a Mujer Medicina in Mérida, Yucatán - a training that taught me to work with plant spirits, ancestral wisdom, and the deep healing traditions of this land.
As a Mexican-Lebanese woman, I bridge multiple worlds and healing traditions. My own spiritual awakening came through a spontaneous kundalini experience during deep meditation, which taught me that our sexual energy is sacred life force - the power that fuels our creativity, joy, and capacity to dream.
Now I guide women to reclaim their wholeness through the Sacred Heart of the Goddess, using somatic practices, ceremonial work, and the cultivation of deep sisterhood.
