There was a time, back when you were a little girl, when you were wild, fierce, climbing trees, rolling on the grass, playing with dolls somedays and others with forts made of sheets and boxes.

Until patriarchy tamed you.
Culture- the media, family, friends, church, etc- told you to be more feminine, prettier, nicer, quieter, and more polite. Your wild nature was buried under the guise of the "nice girl". They STOLE YOUR SPRING.
 
Let's recover that which was taken from us. Our fire, our nature. 
Let's become Untamed again.
But in order to go back to the wild, we need to recover our Erotic Force. *

This is a space for you to: 
  • Embrace your body-wisdom  - Your body knows the way back to wholeness and power. 
  • Learn to use your erotic energy to heal and nourish yourself. - Eroticism is a source of lifeforce - think of the dopamine high you get when you see your crush and imagine being able to create that high all by yourself. 
  • Learn to self-regulate, soothe yourself, find self-compassion and self-love. - We'll work on nervous system regulation practices to process stress and patriarchal trauma. 
  • Understand and process the trauma responses of Freeze and Fawn-  The fawn response makes us people pleasers.
  • Drop the "Good Girl" Archetype. - stop being nice girls who are eternally holding back from their desires.

This container has a Feminist, Somatic, Trauma Aware, Sex-positive, Mystical approach.

Meaning: We work with the body and soul, always caring for our nervous systems while understanding how misogyny has impacted us.

This 5-Month group program will have weekly modules, with lessons and practices for you to do at your own pace. 
We will have 3 types of live sessions a month, which will be divided into:   

Teaching / Embodiment Session
  • A space of learning, sharing,  making sense of our stories, and reimagining the world. 
  • Guided Practices for Pleasure, healing, embodiment, and breathwork.

Group Coaching session. 
  • A time to dive deep into the space where you are needing support and clarity.  

Group Tarot Reading. 
  • A time to create connection and depth. Where there are women there have always been oracles, to access deeper layers of wisdom and understanding, and simply have fun at the same time. 

We will have a private group on my portal, to connect, celebrate and support one another.

There will be a monthly workbook, with book recommendations and questions to take you deeper into your journey.  

All sessions will be held live on Zoom. All sessions, except for group coaching, will be recorded and uploaded to the course portal.

The Road Map

This program is about the reclamation of our life force.
It will be divided into three sections, using the myths of the Goddess' descent of the underworld as a compass.

The underworld is a metaphor for that moment in our lives when we feel lost in the dark, our innocence was taken from us, and we feel we no longer recognize the person staring back in the mirror.  

This disconnection is what I call STOLEN SPRING. This is a journey back to recover it.  

Our first stop in this journey will be:
THE STOLEN SPRINGS
The female body is the realm where the battle to reclaim our wholeness takes place.
This is the time to let women tell our stories, our victories, our losses, and what patriarchy has taken away from us.

We will continue our journey with THE SEARCH
Once we recognize we’ve been lost for so long trying to please others, hoping that our self-sacrifice will give us love and appreciation, hoping our efforts will be repaid, it is time to deal with our grief, to reclaim our rage, to meet our lost parts in the underworld, and to welcome them back into our lives.

We will summon our "Bad Girl" archetype. -After all, the Good girl was just a fawn response. 

And then it will be time to crown you QUEEN OF THE UNDERWORLD

This is your time to blossom, to become the mighty, radiant being you are meant to be. 
Incorporating your darkness and your light, transmuting poison into medicine and lead into gold.
This is a time to dream of a new life, one where you are setting your rules, your desires, and where your wildness leads the way again.

I am a Mexican-Lebanese multicultural mother of two amazing kids. I was raised by a couple of powerful, witchy, resilient women: my mother and grandmother, who were survivors of deep trauma.

I witnessed how deeply they were wounded by a system and culture that took the best from them and then disposed of them. I saw how this affected their personal lives, sexuality, and family relationships, so from an early age, I promised myself I would do things differently.

I did not know that promise would mean that I would be taking on the job of healing all of this intergenerational trauma to ensure it ended with me and wouldn’t be passed on to my kids.

The healing journey has had its ups and downs, including healing a marriage where I was letting my Erotic self - and along with her, my playfulness, innocence, laughter, and capacity to dream - die a slow death.

Until one day, my Erotic self, my inner Aphrodite, looked at me right in the eye and said: “I am refusing to give up on you".
And so, I turned my life around through my work with her. She reclaimed me, and I did her.

Little did I know, and only did I realize after having a spontaneous kundalini awakening, sexual energy was the missing piece in my healing journey. Sexual energy itself is the energy that fuels those very things I thought I had lost, not just my eroticism, but my playfulness, innocence, laughter, and capacity to dream.

Connecting to my sexual energy allowed me to reclaim my wholeness as a woman. I was no longer just a wife or mother or caretaker or the 'good girl', playing the roles society asked me to. I got to embrace all of me, the parts I was told I must abandon to be worthy of love.

This experience led to me embarking on a new adventure, one filled with empowering pleasure, orgasmic expansion, cultivating deep sisterhood, and the gift of sharing this magic with other women along the way.

The Journey

Our journey begins on April 15th at 6 PM Central Time.

Investment: $2,500 USD, option to pay in-full or in 5 monthly installments of $500 each.

Throughout our journey, you will be invited into body-based practices, some of which include the use of a yoni egg/jade egg. Note that the use of the egg is completely optional - your consent and comfort are deeply important for every practice (and you can experience deep transformation either way). All participants will receive a list of recommended, reputable jade egg retailers to reference if and when they are ready to begin exploring.

Are yoni/jade eggs needed?

The work with the jade/yoni egg is one of my favorite tools, but it is fully optional to work with or without it. Whichever the case you will get great benefits from the practices.

Will there be nudity in the pleasure practices?

No.
The practices we do live are always fully clothed.
During the somatic practices, I always invite you to turn off your camera or turn it around for your comfort if you so desire.

Is there a refund policy?

In case of extraordinary circumstances (sickness, an emergency, etc) you may choose to participate in the following cohort (it opens up twice a year).

If what you need is a refund, it could be granted for 50% of the investment made, only during the first month of the program. After that time it will not be granted anymore. 

WIll the format be live? What if I miss a session?

There will be three live sessions a month, 15 total. These will be recorded for you to access anytime, in case you miss a session.
There will also be recorded videos with teachings and practices, for you to work on them at your own pace.
